One that includes a fashion show of course!
The Studio was transformed into a swish cafe as members and friends gathered for a convivial afternoon of good food, a glass of fizz and the chance to see lovely fashions in a display by Bella Boutique of St Annes.
After the welcome drink, everyone settled down to watch the models wearing beautiful separates and dresses, accessorised by lovely handbags, parade around the Studio. The library became a changing room for the 12 quick change ladies with Jayne and Julie from the boutique providing a lively commentary.

Thank you to our fabulous models!
Then it was it was teatime.
A team of helpers handed out picnic bags of sandwiches, scone with clotted cream and jam, and made dozens of cups of tea and coffee as members mingled and chatted.
The day wouldn’t be complete without a raffle, and there were some great prizes – including shopping vouchers gifted by the boutique.
That was followed by home-baked cakes and biscuits and the chance to get up close to the boutique clothes on clothes rails around the room.
As the room slowly emptied, a further set of helpers came to return the room back to its normal format ready for the next workshop.
Thanks to the very many people who gave up their time to make the event a huge success, the Society funds were boosted by a massive £588!
